Return and Refund Policy for De Jure Business Advisory (DJBA)
Effective Date: 1 December, 2023.
1. Eligibility for Returns
(a) Wrong Order: DJBA accepts returns for products that are mistakenly shipped or if the wrong product is received. Please contact us at [insert contact email] within seven (7) days from the date the product is received to initiate the return process.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Except for the situations mentioned in Section 1, all products sold by DJBA are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for reasons other than receiving the wrong order or an out-of-stock product.
